HR Systems Mgr
Job Description:
Under broad direction, provides comprehensive HR information and management services to support Human Resources part in the Company's strategic business plan.
DUTIES:
1. Oversees all aspects of organization HR Systems and technology, with the exception of the main HRIS. Works closely with IT and Payroll to ensure systems integrity and interface.
2. Oversee project plan, conversion of data, testing plans and implementation of new systems.
3. Oversees preparation of HRIS data for use in proposals and collective bargaining negotiations.
4. Responsible for processes to ensure Human Resources content and format of information for employee portal.
Job Experience:
Five years related experience, including HRIS program design, implementation, and management.
