HR Technical Process Manager - Oracle

Responsibilities:
Administer security for the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system and other HR systems.
Execute all other Oracle HCM system administration actions as required in coordination with other functional system administrators.
Identify and resolve complex Oracle HCM system issues utilizing various technical tools and resources available.
Plan and coordinate all Oracle upgrades, enhancements and patch fixes.
Conduct research to identify enhancements and process improvements to existing HR systems and processes.
Administer monthly production releases.
Represent Human Resources with IT, Finance and other functional areas on system administration/security topics and projects.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree (prefer Computer Science or Business-related)
Experience with Oracle HCM system or other ERP system
Three to five years HR or IT experience
Applied knowledge of application development processes including business requirements definition, system specifications, technical design, testing, training, and support.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and implementation/execution skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
Intermediate to expert level knowledge of MS Office products especially MS Access
