HR Training Coordinator - 2 Openings

Primary Objective: Coordinates and schedules learning and development courses, including online content management, ensuring appropriate logistical requirements, course material distribution and follow-up distribution. 
Administers learner surveys and tests, and provides tool support for applicable talent management tools (ex. ePeformance).

 

Responsibilities include:
- Schedules courses via e-learning, serving as key liaison between training vendors, site coordinators, and SBS HR/other learning requester to ensure timely and accurate class delivery.

- Sends pre-work and post-course follow-up in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with established service level agreements.

- Answers responses from employees via e-mail or telephone in a timely and professional manner.

- Monitors vendor contract terms, associated cancellation fees, etc.

- Ensures appropriate logistical needs are met for each course.

- Monitors and provides accurate requested metrics, reports and trend analysis (ex. Waitlists, no shows, cancellations by attendees/instructors, ePerformance ad hoc and standard reports, etc.)

- Ensures timely updates to training content posted

- Administers applicable tests to participants

- Second level support for OD related programs (ex. ePerformance)

- Identify and implement approved process and cost improvements to the Talent Data Management area

Required skills and abilities:
- Ability to maintain standardization and process integrity.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence; proven ability to accurately execute a process.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including content creation capabilities and ability to resolve problems with end users.

- Ability to orchestrate multiple activities at once and extract/arrange information in a useful manner

- Strong service orientation and positive attitude

- High level of personal organization skills

- Initiative and ability to understand and execute an end-to-end process

- Teamwork and collaboration
 
 Education/Experience Required:
- High School Diploma plus 2-5 years of practical experience in a data management or training environment

- Competency with MS Office Suite, including Excel; ability to work in a database or
learning management system;  PeopleSoft experience a plus

- Must be able to work overtime if needed during the workweek.
