HRIS Administrator

Hospice of the Comforter, the 2nd largest nonprofit in Central Florida, is the only nonprofit hospice serving patients and their families living with an advanced illness in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties.  Hospice of the Comforter, recognized by Florida Medical Business as one of Florida?s top 10 hospices, has provided more than $6 million in free care and served more than 10,000 families in Central Florida with physical, emotional and spiritual support.

 

Hospice of the Comforter, with administrative offices located north of Orlando in Altamonte Springs, seeks a HRIS Administrator to support the Human Resources strategic and operational requirements through coordination and leadership of HRIS initiatives. Responsibilities of this position include:Serve as Ultimate Software liaison with functional users. Data entrySupport functional users in requirements, specifications, user testing, training and system implementation.Assist with the identification and creation of ad-hoc queries.Serve as liaison between functional users and IT for issue resolution.Serves as liaison between functional users and other business departments in regards to data integration between multiple business systems.Work with IT and functional users to identify and implement new system functionality to meet business need and support overall company goals.Serves as Project Manager on project-related tasks.

 

BS in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience

2-4 years HRIS experience required, 2 years HR Generalist experience desired.  Strong Ultimate Software functional knowledge and implementation experience in HRIS/Ultipro software modules (eAdmistration, eManagment OSHA/Worker?s Compensation, eBenefits and eStandard Reports) desired. Experience in full-life cycle project management.  Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
