We have an immediate opening for an experienced HRIS Analyst in our growing Human Resources department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Verify and enter all personnel record changes into Human Resource Information System (HRIS) database system (Ceridian). Assist with update, set-up, and maintenance of HRIS, Kronos timekeeping system, ID Maker, and Geoffrey Door Access Systems. Provide technical support for end users; maintain and update databases; develop and conduct training sessions. Design and test system enhancements, and upgrades of software; liaison with the applications development staff in resolving programming and related problems. Generate standard/complex custom reports and queries from various HR databases. Respond to inquiries from staff/management regarding issues with all HR databases; resolve system update requests, and or system failures in a timely manner. Research, verify, and respond to written and/or oral inquiries from employees and third parties regarding employment verifications for former and current employees; compose and distribute routine written correspondence as necessary.
Qualifications:Bachelors? degree preferably in Computer Science or Human Resources Management2 yrs relevant experience maintaining HRIS (Ceridian, PeopleSoft, Brass Rings, etc.) required or an equivalent combination of relevant working experience and educationExperience as key liaison with HR database vendors in coordinating HR system installation and upgrades a plusExcellent project management and follow up skills necessary to meet deadlines and target dates; must be organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments; able to produce customized reports using Crystal and SQL queryAdvanced MS Office skills required; including Excel, Access, and WordMust be flexible with the ability to work as team player or independently while exercising initiative, discretion and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasksPossess strong interpersonal skills necessary to professionally and effectively deal with all levels of the organization including outside vendors; ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work.
