HRIS Analyst - Peoplesoft
Provides information systems support to the Human Resources function, including HR reporting, HR Systems expertise, payroll support, and systems administration. Coordinates management meetings and seminars.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
- Enhance, maintain, and monitor the HRIS to ensure confidentiality, accuracy and timeliness of data records.
- PeopleSoft Table Maintenance - HR & Benefits
- Create/maintain layout maps in HR/payroll system.
- Provide training to HR staff on the software.
- Create/develop communications/documents/procedures for Managers on data processing
- Create training documents - UAT/end users
- Testing validation - all environments (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), developing continuous test cases in PeopleSoft
- HRIS Resource - PeopleSoft Payroll Projects (ongoing)
- HRIS Resource - PeopleSoft Benefit Projects (eEnroll, Open Enrollment, Setups)
- HRIS Resource - PeopleSoft IT Team (Upgrade 8.9)
- HRIS Resource - PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition planning (utilizing requisition system knowledge)
REQUIREMENTS (required education, experience, knowledge, skills & abilities):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years experience in working with computer applications and preferably with HRIS.
- Ability to write query language for reports and retrieve pertinent information from an HRIS system.
- - Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee records, files, reports and HR data.
- Demonstrated proficiency of PC software, MS Word, Excel, Access
