HRIS Coordinator

HRIS Coordinator   The HRIS Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the data integrity of all HR related data in the SAP HRIS system.  The individual in this role will be responsible for assessing, analyzing, and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information System. The successful candidate must be able to analyze and make judgments on accuracy and reasonableness before entering data into SAP. Must act with integrity and discretion in regards to employee information.

Other Responsibilities:

- Prepares human resource data for entry by collecting human resources logs and reports; organizing data; establishing priorities; resolving incomplete and unclear data.
- Enters human resources data; prepares monthly audit reports; processes semi-monthly salary payroll and sends reports to Finance.

- Runs daily up loads and serves as the backup person for entering training records to the Global SAP client.
- Provides necessary data for compliance reporting.
- Provides management planning and control information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing human resources data and trends; developing, running, and distributing reports.

- Assists the HR team with SAP and associated projects and provides support as needed.

Education/Experience Preferred:

- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent plus 3 years of reporting experience required. 
- Posses strong problem solving skills, consistently accurate with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Experience with SAP HRIS strongly preferred.
- Solid oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
