HRIS Specialist

Determine Human Resources HRIS needs and collaborates with IST staff on appropriate solutions

Communicate system enhancements and/or customizations to end users

Provide consistent and thorough training of end users

Provide data and support

Handle implementations, update, testing of patches

Maintain Oracle Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS)

Required Skills:
3-5 years experience in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience

Oracle HRMS experience strongly desired

Bachelor"&tm;s Degree or computer certification
