HRS Analyst

Farmers Insurance is seeking an outgoing and team-oriented Human Resources professional to join our staff as a generalist. Essential job functions include recruiting, administering and explaining assigned human resources policies, programs, and procedures, and assures compliance. Responsible for recruitment (reviewing resumes, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews) and attending job fairs. Handles unemployment insurance claims protests including representing the Company at hearings. Conducts supervisory development and training programs. Conducts new employee orientation program. Provides educational and developmental counseling to employees. Prepares human resources reports and statistics

 Candidates must have a 4-year college degree, preferably in HR or related field, and 2 years of exempt level HR experience. Excellent communication, typing and computer skills are required.
