HRfirst needs a Reports Analyst on-site at State Street Corporation in Boston

Kelly HRfirst is looking for a Reports Analyst to work on-site at State Street Corporation in Boston!

The Reports Analyst will be responsible for reviewing customer requests for standardized weekly and monthly staffing reports, which will involve evaluating and designing format, extracting and analyzing report information, and providing feedback to both State Street and HRfirst. The Reports Analyst will then generate, review, and ensure accuracy of these reports. Also will utilize MS Access to download and merge data from various sources for reporting purposes, and utilize MS Excel to format reports potentially including pivot tables and charts. The Reports Analyst will also review ad hoc report requests from State Street and HRfirst, and develop queries to extract the data for the reports using MS Access and various ATS's, as well as developing and designing ad hoc reports as requested.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have demonstrated excellence with the use of Microsoft Access, Excel, and Lotus Notes. An ability to create pivot tables, formulas, charts, and experience with VBA code are all necessesary to be able to perform well in this position.

You must also be detail oriented, analytical and have the ability to analyze reports, ensure accuracy and provide feedback, and also have customer service skills to be able to deal directly with customers.Kelly Services is an Equal Opportunity EmployerContact?Information?:.
