HUMAN RESOUCE MANAGER
LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY HUMAN RESOUCE MANAGER SALARY: $55,000 - $75,000 W/BONUS
EDUCATION: BACHELORS
EXPERIENCE/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops and manages full service recruitment process for hourly and exempt positions in all gulf locations
Partners with operations to insure appropriate development and execution of human resources plans, policies and procedures through best practice initiatives that are both compliant with laws and internal customer focused. Communicates that vision.
Continuous improvement efforts including needs analysis, performance management and talent development to insure appropriate training and development opportunities are identified and executed.
Employee relations protocol developed and communicated to resolve employee complaints, conduct investigations, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
Change agent, identifying work practices / processes improvement with internal customer focus.
Note: Manufacturing background is a plus
