HUMAN RESOURCE ASSISTANT

Amtex, Inc., $130 Million automotive joint venture between Lear Corporation, and Hayashi-Telempu.  Amtex, Inc. located in Lebanon, OH is a Tier I automotive supplier to the Japanese OEM?s.  We currently have a need for a Human Resources Assistant. Position would report to the Human Resources Manager.

 

Duties include switchboard, phones, heavy filing, data entry, problem solving and other clerical duties.  The ideal candidate must be able to work well in a fast pace environment, someone who can function very well with ever changing priorities and someone who has excellent communication skills as well. This position is responsible for FMLA paperwork and documentation, COBRA benefits administration and documentation, LOA's, entering training history into the database, new hire orientation set up, newsletter, filing, data entry and database management. Individual must be outgoing and friendly team player, someone who is detail oriented, and who can write and speak clearly, and who can make an immediate impact in this team oriented environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.  Solid attendance record required.Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
