HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR
DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Letica Corporation, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a Director of Human Resources at our Corporate headquarters in Rochester, MI.
Responsibilities include:
? Establishment and implementation of long-term HR functional business plan.
? Provide direction and management to Human Resource Department, including Human Resource Managers at satellite facilities throughout the U.S.
? Prepare, update and recommend Human Resource policies and procedures.
? Design, implement and maintain compensation program, recruitment efforts, and payroll system, and employee benefits.
? Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state laws.
? Monitor and manage workers? compensation claims
? Continuously improve the service offered to the Human Resource Department customers.
Minimum requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resource/Personnel Management or related field
? 8 -10 years of Director level HR experience
? Experience with multiple facilities
? Manufacturing background
? Strong recruitment, Excel, Word, PowerPoint communication and negotiation skills;
? Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task quickly.
