HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

This position is primarily responsible for managing and administering human resource policies, programs and practices for all 320 5th Ave Accessories, 1411 Broadway Product Development and 1411 Broadway Marketing employees. Some additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, code and process all new hire and benefit paperwork, managing Kronos, administering employee benefit programs including workers' compensation, disability, unemployment claims and FMLA requests, managing the recruitment, orientation and succession planning for positions, administering company training programs and managing performance review process for site and manage all employee relations, coach and counsel employees. This position requires a BA degree and 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
