HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR

LPL Financial Services, headquartered in Boston and San Diego, provides access to a full spectrum of financial investments and services within the retail securities industry.  As the leading independent brokerage firm in the US, we are currently searching for a Human Resources Administrator to join our San Diego team.

 

This position provides support to the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Generalist within a fast paced, high-level customer service Human Resources Department.  The HR Administrator will be responsible for duties in the areas of Recruiting, Benefits, and HRIS maintenance.

Responsibilities include managing candidates from offer letters to on-boarding including conducting new hire orientation; posting positions; administering benefits and leave programs. The HR Administrator will also be responsible for general administrative duties such as opening mail on a daily basis; filing and faxing and answering phone lines.

 



Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role preferred. PHR and Bachelors degree preferred.  Experience working within a HR department highly preferred.  Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, proven ability to multi-task and work in a fastpaced environment.  Ability to prioritize workload, juggle multiple tasks, problem solve and think on your feet is required for success in this position.
