HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR, $38K-40K
Industry leading beverage and food company seeks Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department.
Specific Responsibilities:
HR System administration including new hire and termination processing, salary administration, and new performance review processes.Recruiting support including posting positions, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, processing background checks, and compiling and distributing new hire orientation manuals.Compensation support such as distributing annual salary administration information and inputting all annual incentive compensation information into the HR systemPreparation of monthly reports and compliance reports
Specific Requirements/skills:
2+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple team members.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, Oracle).Ability to work independently to set priorities and meet deadlines.Experience with HR information systems a plus
