Assist HR Manager in all aspects of human resources function:Direct responsibility for recruiting, ad placement, candidate travel itineraries and arrangements, interview plan development for all non-exempt positionsHR ReportingWorkers CompCoordinating pre-employment drug screensNew hire enrollmentsOSHA reportingAffirmative Action complianceRespond to unemployment claimsHandbook and HR policy revisions, edits, distributionAssociate Survey and follow-up actionsAssist with Talent and Organizational Review for executive level management decision makingSpecial projects as assignedEmployee Newsletter
REQUIREMENTS:Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher)MUST be Majoring in Human Resources Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn Ability to work with a high level of confidential informationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh self-confidence to interact with all levels of the organization and candidates
