An industry-leading manufacturer has an immediate need for an experienced Human Resources professional for our operation located in southwest Ohio.

Qualifications:

? Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with five to ten years of human resource experience.

? Strong recruiting background in both hourly and professional hiring. Proven ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

? Computer skills in Word and Excel. Will be assigned additional projects related to the administration of human resources within a unionized manufacturing facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Involved in the selection process for hourly and professional recruiting in a manufacturing facility. Ideal candidate will have prior experience in all steps of the hiring process. Seeking a committed and self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal, organizational and computing skills necessary for success in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
