Human Resources Generalist, McLean, VA $65-70k plus outstanding benefits including fully paid health insurance, tuition reimbursement and 5 weeks paid time off. We are a non profit association in McLean seeking a top notch HR Generalist to join our growing company. PHR of SPHR certification and PeopleSoft experience preferred. Primary Duties:

? Conduct recruitment, write job descriptions, facilitate interview, screen backgrounds, checking references and negotiating offers

? Act as liaison with area employment, advertising and temporary agencies

? Problem solve employee relations issues

? Revise and manage PeopleSoft system with HR department policy and procedures

? Constitute, develop, implement new events/programs and practices to boost and sustain morale

? Aid in developing department goals, objectives and budgets

Minimum Qualifications:

? Bachelor?s Degree and 4 to 5 years of HR experience including 2 to 3 years as a recruiter, OR

? A minimum of 5 years experience in the HR field

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

? Excellent sourcing and internet capabilities
