Health & Welfare Analyst - 54111

Description We are seeking to add an integral member of our Health & Welfare administration team. The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day activities including but not limited to:

Reviewing carrier files, individual employee eligibility and responding to client inquiries via phone and email.

The chosen candidate?s background must include experience in the following:
- Health & Welfare Plan administration
- H & W eligibility
- Utilization of mainframe applications
- Development of test plans would be beneficial
- Database experience preferred (i.e. SQL, Access)
- The ability to troubleshoot/problem solve file eligibility issues would be greatly desired.
Education and Typical Years of Experience 

A Bachelor?s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Professional certification in HR area(s) of specialization preferred but not required. 3-5 years of progressively responsible related Human Resource experience in functional specialty, preferably in a professional/technical services environment.
