Health & Welfare Manager

Sentinel Benefits Group is seeking a full-time Health & Welfare Manager to join our team as business is growing.  The Health & Welfare team administers Flexible Spending and Transportation Plans, COBRA benefit plans, Retiree Benefits and Disability benefits for clients of Sentinel Benefits.  The Health & Welfare Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the team as well as managing some of the projects on the team.

 

Position Experience: 

 2 years prior data management experience requiredKnowledge of Flexible Spending Accounts and COBRA laws is preferredTeam player, detail oriented, willingness to help peopleExcellent WORD, Excel experienceStrong systems experience is requiredRequires good communication and math skills; management background preferred

 

Position Details:

 Management of the day-to-day administration and provide client problem resolution.Review and oversight of administrative procedures to ensure SAS 70 and HIPAA compliance.Assist the sales team with client education on administration servicesTake a lead role in significant team projects to ensure a successful implementation.Provide career development/training and reviews of administration team members as well management of employee relations issues.
