Health care Recruiter

Seeking full-time, aggressive recruiter for highly demanding recruiting position in health care field. Must have either health care or recruiting experience and be willing to travel.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, effective and efficient organizational and time management skills, sales and marketing skills, problem solving and analytical skills, and flexibility in schedule.

Work with a team of managers to source (including cold calling), qualify, and interview candidates. Coordinate all job offers including negotiations and scheduling orientations. Represent company at job fairs, and state and national conferences.

College degree required.

Position is based in Wilsonville, OR.
