Our Hospital is seeking a Recruiter to

recruit, interview and screen nurse candidates. Responsibilities include; identifying department needs,

job specifications, job duties, qualifications; maintaining accurate and timely reports as

well as maintaining the hospital's applicant tracking system. Coordinating communications between applicants and hiring/department managers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years nurse/allied health recruitment experience preferably in a healthcare facility.

Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word, and Excel.

Detailed, multi-task oriented and excellent communication skills a must

Ability to work effectively with others in team-based environment
