Summary of Human Capital Consultant Role:

 Consult with clients on strategic Human Capital initiatives.Conduct compliance audit and work with clients on developing strategic plan.Prepare and deliver best practices and recommendations.Develop and interpret HR polices and procedures as needed.Provide on-going consulting, direction, and training as issues arise consulting with internal SMEs as appropriate.Participate with Regional Sales Directors/Human Capital Advisors in closing sells to set proper client expectations and timelinesConduct work place investigations and report accordingly.Facilitate regional and onsite client training.Generate additional revenue through the sell of products and services (i.e training, assessment tools, recruiting services, compensation reports, etc). Seek client referrals.Depending on structure of territory, may be responsible for the following client activities: Client planning meetings and conducting orientation and enrollments for payroll and benefits.

? Advantec OnDemand training.

? Supervisor orientations including company Drug Free Work Place, WC and other processes.

?  First time payroll with clients including review of invoice, reports, and billing. 

?  Annual benefit open enrollment meetings.

Requirements:

 College Degree or Equivalent Work ExperiencePHR Certification Preferred (Required within 1 year)4 ? 7 years of HR experience
