Key Responsibilities:Provide high level administrative support for the Human Resources DepartmentComplete data entry for new hires into the HRIS system Assists in processing employee changes (salary, promotions, transfers, benefits, payroll) on a daily basisCreate and modify job requisitions in HRIS systemCoordinate with payroll department to resolve benefit and/or payroll related problems/inquiresPrepare compensation and HR related reports Manage employee verifications & unemployment claimsAct as a liaison between Company and health club representativesMaintain confidential employee informationInvolvement in other administrative tasks and projects will be assigned as needed
Education & Skills: Bachelor?s degree from a four year college or universityCompetent in MS Office applications and prior experience with Ceridian a plusKnowledge of general HR procedures and practicesAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlinesExcellent communication skills to work with all levels of staffMust be able to keep all matters confidential
