Human Resource Administrative Assistant

Job Purpose:

Home Health Care Company requires a self-starting individual to support  human resources processes by scheduling appointments; conducting job interviews; conducting orientation; maintaining records and information.

Requirements:

* Must be a detail oriented self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

 

* Previous human resource expirence (interviewing and hiring applicants) is a plus, but not required.

 

* Recent college graduates may apply as we will provide the necessary training.

 

* Must have an interest in social services and providing home care to children, teens and adults with unique care needs.

 

Duties:

* Substantiates applicants' skills during interview process.


 

* Schedules and coordinates training requirements.

* Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.

* Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.

* Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.

* Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.

* Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.

* Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

* Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

* Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
