Human Resource Coordinator

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 Tracking and maintaining employee records, certificates, PPD/Physical records adn all information pertaining to the Human Resources related matter.

 Coordinate employee certification and recertificateion classes and schedule with trainers adn applicable resources.

 Coordinate, schedule and co-facilitiate new employee orientations and on-going training.

 Keeping and maintaining a tracing system to ensure all employee records adn certifications are up to date and in compliance with agency regulations and policies.

 Coordinate and prepare employment opportunity adertisements including job fair advertising, online job posting and job interviews. Arrange for and directly participate in job fairs (internal and external) as well as College/Graduate school recruitment efforts.

 Responsible to respond to incoming correspondences related to HR and employee matters.

 Assist with special projects including inter-office consolidation and support as assigned or approved by the Chief Operating Officer.

 Attend in-service training as required.

 Relate/interface with other departments such as: Fiscal, Residential (DD and OMH/Homeless Divisions), Afterschool, Day Habilitation Program, MSC, etc.
