Tyco Safety Products/Ansul, a division of Tyco Fire & Security, is headquartered in Marinette, Wisconsin and supplies a global network of approximately 1000 Ansul trained distributors, supported by 30+ field sales offices. We are the market leader that offers a full line of fire protection, suppression and special hazard solutions for all types of fire suppression and extinguishers.
We are currently searching for a Human Resource Director to be located at our Marinette, Wisconsin facility.
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a high energy professional that will direct and coordinate human resource activities in the support of a global business with primary locations in North America, Europe and Asia. The person selected will be responsible for the oversight of international employees working closely with HR Directors in Europe and Asia. Specific knowledge of international practices is an asset. You will develop innovative and proactive HR processes/programs that support the sales, marketing, customer service, technical training, research & development and the Marinette manufacturing organization.
In addition you will partner with the senior management team to develop strategies and programs to support the business units from a human resource perspective.
Job Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree from a four-year college or university. An advanced degree is preferred.
? 10+ years experience as a Human Resource professional with experience within a manufacturing, distribution or technical environment and significant exposure of international human resource practices.
? Must have a solid generalist background in employment, organizational development, leadership development, employee relations, communications, and responsibility for administration of compensation and benefits.
? Must possess strong business acumen, accountability, team building, customer focus and process management skills.
? Must possess excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
? PHR/SPHR certification is a strong plus.
