Human Resource Information Systems Analyst

The HRIS Analyst  would be responsible for the administrative, technical and analyst work for the Human Resource Department. Use knowledge to recommend changes for the department as it relates to computer systems resulting in automation of functions or improved manual work flow. Act as a liaison between Human Resources/Benefits/Payroll and the Information Technology Department. Serve as a backup to Benefit Administrators.

 

Essential Position Functions:

 

Assist with reconciliation of vendor payments and various other accounts as needed.

Assure benefits are properly administered.

Analyze work flow problems.

Create and file mandated reports to Federal and State Organization.

 Act as a liaison between Human Resources/Benefits/Payroll and the Information Technology Department.

Create various Ad Hoc reports as requested.

Special projects as assigned.

 

Bachelor Degree in related field preferred. 3-5 years of analyst work experience with benefits, data analysis with retrieving accurate information from payroll system and knowledge of software programming.  Ability to work in a team environment and possess a great work ethic.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.
