We are currently recruiting for a Human Resource Manager in our Tualatin, OR operation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in Human Resources and 2-3 years in Human Resource management with a proven track record in the areas of business development, leadership, motivation, organization and team building.
Experience in a Manufacturing / Production Environment.
Responsibilities will include the management of the Human Resource department, Recruiting, Payroll, and Administration.
ROLE:
? Develop and implement HR policies and practices.
? Improve/champion Location MPS (Milgard Performance System)
? Recruit and retain a quality workforce.
? Manage recruiters, assistants and receptionist staff.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Effective utilization of the Milgard Performance System.
? Utilize the Accountability Matrix.
? Develop Performance Gaps.
? Workers Compensation.
? Creating & HR budget.
? Recruiting and Retention.
? Employee compensation and Incentives.
? Control of Department Expenses.
? Safety.
? Training & Development.
MEASUREMENTS:
? Recruiting ? Hourly, Office/Salaried/Tech, Mgmt-Time to fill.
? Safety ? Overall incident Grade and time loss.
? MPS ? Plant MPS Grade.
? Training ? Plant Training Grade.
? Expenses not to exceed budget.
? Develop direct reports through Milgard Performance System.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor?s Degree required.
Advanced Degree preferred.
