Human Resource: Medical Staffing Specialist
Growing medical staffing compnay located in Downtown Minneapolis is currently recruiting for a staffing specialist. This outstanding opportunity offers a variety of responsiblities. Hired person will recruit, assess, interview, place, and retain qualified medical candidates, while nurturing and growing existing and new client relationships. Other responsibilities include tracking weekly staffing hours, mentoring employees, placing after hours phone calls, ensuring all government and licensure requirements are met for each employee, and documenting and updating company prcedures as needed.
This position requires an Associates degree or equivalent. Candidates should have 5+ years of recruiting/staffing experience, experience working independently and office/operations management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with a medical staffing background.
