Currently, there are opportunities available in our Irvine, CA office for an experienced Human Resource Manager.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

 

The role of Human Resource/Office Manager ? To increase effectiveness of the organization by maximizing the contribution of our associates by optimizing the attraction, motivation and retention of talent by anticipating and preventing people challenges.  The HROM role will provide integrated support to each department and the management team by planning, staffing handling employee relations, labor relations, training, and overall support as needed.  This person will also be responsible for general office management running the office making sure simple daily task are taken care of.

 

DutiesAdministration of all office procedures Administration of all human resource activities Work with department managers on all human resource issues Establish and maintain human resource filing system Recruiting Employee reviews and disciplinary action Improve and/or develop and implement new processes and proceduresReception Building/Office Maintenance Manage Office Supplies Process and coordinate all travel requests Mail distribution Attend Management Meetings and word with other managers to achieve company goals and objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:

 

 Bachelors degree or 5 years equivalent industry experience Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Computer skills - experience using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT); Internet savvy Performance-driven mentality with the desire to succeed Is a team player that can interact well with management and support staff
