Human Resource / Payroll Manager

Our client, an 85 year strong family owned business, is seeking an experienced Human Resource professional to join their family as Human Resource Manager.  This is an EXCITING opportunity to be a part of a START UP human resource department for a $1 Billion company.  The initial concentration for this role will be to "clean up" the payroll function.  Once payroll is running smoothly, the qualified candidate will concentrate on benefits, safety issues (OSHA), and compensation. You will report directly to the Vice President of Human Resources.
