The Montgomery plant, a state-of-the-art, highly automated plant, is bringing the next generation 2006 Sonata to the North American market. the next generation 2007 Santa Fe SUV will be added to the line-up in spring 2006. Assistant Manager, Benefits
Assist with negotiations for all benefit and retirement plans such as 401K, healthcare, disability and life insurance. Serves as a liaison between contracted benefit providers and HMMA. Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (Leave of Absence Reports, Claims Reports, etc.) as needed. Supervises workflow of Benefits Specialists. Identifies ways to improve efficiencies within the Benefit functions by recommending improvements or changes when deemed necessary for greater efficiency. Audits work of all employees on an ongoing basis. Solves problems concerning benefit plans, answers inquiries, and enforces benefit policies. Surveys industry to determine company?s competitive position in regards to benefit plans and offerings. Implements and creates benefit communications for HMTV and newsletter. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 20 pounds and stand and walk throughout plant and office settings.

Manager, Internal Audit
Ability to oversee all aspects of independent risk oversight functions. Perform ongoing assessments of HMMA?s operation to ensure compliance with policy and procedures. Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency of corporation and safeguards company assets.
MBA in Accounting/Finance Management required, CPA and CIA highly preferred. Minimum of 7 -10 years audit or finance/accounting experience. Thorough knowledge of financial, audit and compliance audit principles. SAP experience preferred.
Specialist, HR - Team Relations Representative
Partners with employee and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations. Analyze data and makes recommendations to the management for corrective action and continuous improvement. Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil right complaints. Explain policies to team members. Requirements: Background in employee relations; Ability to coach employees and management through complex issues; General knowledge of all HR functions. Zero to five years HR Experience. Education: AS or BA degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary
Transcribe dictation; type/draft correspondence; prepare reports/approvals. Maintain tickler system. File documents in organized and efficient manner. Answer telephones, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms. Prepare all department administrative reports, expense reimbursements, etc. Requirements: Minimum high school diploma & Substantial experience as a legal secretary.
Assistant Manager, Sales Planning
Responsible for preparing regular meeting with HMA, HAC, and HQ (monthly, quarterly, etc.). Establish the logistic plan to HMA, HAC and third party countries. Operate SAP system on behalf of Sales and Distribution module. Coordinate and monitor distribution cars and made in plant parts. Analyze the sales performance of distributors and manage the related agreements including distribution agreement. Analyze the automotive laws and regulations and market demand. Five plus years of Sales Management or Automotive Logistics in a transplant experience preferred. BS degree in business related field preferred.
