Human Resource Professional

The Executive Staffing Group is currently assisting a Human Resource Outsourcing company in a search for a Human Resource Professional.

 

This position is located in Raleigh NC.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The Human Resources Professional is responsible for maintaining client and work site employee relations on a day-to-day basis.  The Human Resources Professional will be assigned to clients to ensure they are receiving outstanding HR services.

 

This position will be responsible for:

Onsite Client visits

Benefit Administration

Employee Relations

Employee Handbooks

And other Human Resources related situations

 

Candidate must have a Bachelors degree with 1-4 years of HR Generalist exp.  PHR certification is strongly preferred.  Must have excellent customer service skills and be action oriented, critical thinker and have the ability to problem solve and multi task.
