We offer product lines consisting of varying credit profiles, first and second lien position, purchase and refinance transactions. Both Fixed rate and Adjustable rate programs are available. The programs offered include, but are not limited to, programs that allow for borrowers with less than perfect credit, non-standard income documentation, or borrowers looking for additional cash.

Developing rapport and maintain effective working relationships with:
- all levels of company management to ensure adequate coverage of personnel needs;
- professional recruitment agencies and representatives;
- employment representatives from other companies and organizations.

Maintaining an effective personnel advertising program; internet recruiting process; college recruiting program, effective recruiting materials; and recruiting section of the company web page as it applied to your Divisions and Departments.

Responsible for full-time, part-time and temporary staffing requirements of each assigned Divisions and Departments.
Tracking open positions, calculate average length of time positions are open, determining cost to hire and most effective sourcing methods.

Conducting in-depth interviews with various levels applicants.

Responsible for interviewing applicants for positions in the company and to evaluate the applicant's interest, background, experience, and personal qualifications.

Administering and evaluating various aptitude, achievement, and personality tests as required.

Checking applicant references and noting pertinent information.

Reviewing employment practices and procedures to ensure their compliance with government regulations, as well as with Company policy and objectives.

Keeping informed of developments in such areas as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices.

Notifying applicants of acceptance or rejection and making additional arrangements as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

B.S Degree in Business, Finance or Human Resources.
Minimum two (2) years experience in exempt recruiting.
Minimum two (2) years experience in recruiting sales personnel - banking or finance industry experience preferred.
Ideal candidate will have also have general Human Resources experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

Strong presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced PC's skills ' MS Office, internet, Applicant Tracking system (Webhire/Kenexa Preferred).
Ability to work high volume in a high pressure environment.
Must be detailed oriented, well organized and able to work independently.
