Human Resource Reporting Administrative Assistant

Our client, a major life insurance company and a leader in the financial services industry, has an opportunity for a Temporary Human Resource Reporting Administrative Assistant. This position will last 10 weeks with an estimated end date of 10/01/2006

 

Position Description ? Provide customers with requested Human Resource data using SAP Ad Hoc Query tool, SAP Business Warehouse (BW) workbooks and other SAP reporting tools.

 

 Duties and Responsibilities

 
Execute and distribute (via e-mail) routine scheduled canned reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.  These reports primarily utilize BW.
Review the reports to ensure accuracy.  This involves spot  checking  some  specific  cases (PERNRS)  in  R/3 using PA20 and SE16 .
Write simple Ad Hoc or BW queries using customer specifications for data and format.
Using procedures, review selected compare report variances and analyze to determine if there are errors. 

 

Position Requirements

 
Experience with SAP Ad Hoc Query tool for Human Capital Management (HCM).
Experience with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) queries.
Experience with transaction SE16
Excellent Excel skills, including VLOOKUP
Word skills.
Lotus Notes.
Knowledge of Access a plus.
Experience with HR reports (Hiring, Separations, Employee counts, Full-Time Equivalents, etc,)
Experience with the Wage Type Report and the Cost Center report is a plus but will train
Good analytical skills.
Good organizational and prioritization skills.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment but also able to work independently.
