Human Resource Representative
We are a national company that is seeking a Human Resource Representative for our Midland location.
Summary of position:
Reporting to the HR Manager and off-site Human Resources office, this generalist position will assist at a branch level with a variety of human resources functions, including but not limited to: Personnel Policies and Procedures, employee relations, recruitment, compensation, unemployment, ADA and FMLA, workers? compensation, OSHA compliance, and organizational development. This position will assist with everyday personnel issues, and advise management and supervisors on HR issues.
Education & Experience: Background in two or more of the following Human Resources specialty areas: personnel policies and procedures, employee relations, HRIS, ADA/FMLA, training and development, and workers? compensation. Three years Human Resources experience strongly preferred. Bachelors in Human Resources or related field preferred.
