General HR support to all U.S. businesses of the Private Bank. The HR Solutions Center provides tactical support to the team of HR Generalists who partner with each of the businesses in CPB.

 

 Coordinate&manage all HR processes to include new hire processing, transfers, leaves of absence, payroll issues and headcount tracking

 

 Provide primary interface with various HR functional areas both within CPB as well as of Corporate HR&other applicable vendors (such as disability, relocationimmigration).

 

 Provide support to HR Generalists in all processes, such as annual compensation review, performance evaluations and employee relations issues.

 

 Act as a primary contact point for employee issues/questions regarding payroll, benefits, and personal information changes.

 

 

 

 



Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

 

1-3 years of HR experience preferred.

 

Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task.

 

Excellent attention to detail, ability to influence others.

 

Proficient time management skills, strong communication and written skills.

 

PeoleSoft experience is required

 

Experience with a global recruitment system is preferred (Taleo)
