The first offering is in Philadelphia working for a very successful corporation that is in a growth mode. They are seeking a skilled Senior Generalist to function as a true strategic and tactical Business Partner. You will be part of the creative team who will to take the HR Department to the next level.  This client wants you to bring the following to the table:  Full Generalist background; Strong Employee Relations with investigations and extensive conflict management; succession planning; and client relations management ability.  To be successful in this culture you should have a large corporate background with a client base minimally at 350.  Undergraduate degree is a must.Benefits are some of the best in the Metro area. Salary is commensurate with experience: 55 to 75K

 

The second offering is for a Sr. Compensation Analyst, also in Center City. This is a progressive corporation that believes in a quaity Human Resource function. They are searching for an experienced compensation professional who has supported the sales area of an organization.  This analyst will be designing sales incentive plans and executive compensation.Undergraduate degree is a must. Benefits are excellent.  Salary is commensurate with experience: 60 to 70K.
