Human Resources Administrative Assistant (corporate)

We are seeking an entry level candidate to join our corporate Human Resources staff to perform administrative activities in support of all HR functions including: Preparing various types of pre-formatted documents and correspondenceResponding to requests for forms and informationAssembling information packagesReporting New Hires to the Federal registry Entering data into the Deltek-GCS Premier software system Assisting in scheduling interviews and greeting interviewees/visitorsAssisting in scheduling interviews and greeting interviewees/visitorsOperating office equipment (phone, FAX, copier, scanner, desktop computer)Assisting in special projects of the Human Resource officesProviding office/administrative assistance as required

 

REQUIREMENTS (SKILLS & EXPERIENCE):Proficiency with MS Word and Outlook Strong sense of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and handle multiple taskingAbility to safeguard confidential informationStrong interpersonal communication skills

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED): Previous Human Resource office or administrative experienceExperience using Excel or comparable spreadsheet softwareExperience using Deltek - GCS Premier softwareCollege degree or the equivalent in experience
