 Description

TESSCO is currently seeking a talented Human Resources Administrator to help the HR team provide world-class value and service to the organization. The team?s mission is to create a working environment that helps TESSCO recruit, develop, and retain top talent while improving global throughput performance.

Responsibilities

Administer, track, and input data in support of benefits processes
Input data into Oracle team member database system
Prepare department invoices for payment
Manage corporate human resources correspondence
Coordinate the Welcome Orientation process for new hires
Assume responsibility for office administration, reporting, and special projects as needed






 Required Skills


Associates degree required, Bachelors preferred
Two years experience in benefits administration
Data entry experience
General office skills required
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and internet applications
Experience with Human Resources software, Applicant Tracking software a plus
