Human Resources Administrator - Recruitment

The Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs Company, is one of the nation?s leading financial counseling firms. Due to continued growth in the business, we are searching for an additional Human Resources Administrator to fill a position in our Corporate Headquarters, located in Saratoga Springs, NY.

 

The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process with business managers. This includes recruitment strategies, selection process and building relationships in the schools and community.  The successful candidate will also administer certain employee benefits.

 

Responsibilities:

 

?  Recruit candidates through internal and external means;

?  Conduct interviews with candidates;

?  Travel to local offices as required;

?  Establish strong relationships with community and schools;

?  Administer certain employee benefits.

 

Qualifications:

 

?  Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources or related field;

?  2-4 years experience as a recruitment specialist;

?  Proven ability to focus on results and achieve goals;

?  Excellent follow-up, multi tasking and organizational skills;

?  Excellent communication skills and highly professional demeanor;

?  Knowledge of MS Excel and Word preferred.
