Loomis, Fargo & Co. is the leader in armored car, ATM, and Cash Management services, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Adminstrator to provide professional HR support to our Ontario branch operations.

 

You will be responsible for a variety of duties including; recruiting, applicant screening and interviews, preparation of new hire packages.  Insure company policy and procedures are adhered to, accounts payable, payroll processing and deal with customers.

 

Requirements:Proficient knowledge of Windows 2000, Word and ExcelAbility to create Excel spreadsheetsDetail oriented and highly organizedPayroll & record keeping experience a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including composing detailed correspondenceCourteous and professional telephone skillsAbility to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positive attitude.Posses time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt quickly to changing priorities and complete projects in a timely manner.Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

 

 Must be able to work under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
