Human Resources Assistant

OVERVIEW Excell Data, a division of CompuCom Systems Inc., is currently seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our close-knit Human Resources team.  Reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, you will be assisting with a wide variety of activities in support of high-volume, fast-paced employment / on-boarding processes.  This position requires adherence to strict guidelines and client requirements, so your keen attention to detail will be essential to your success!

 

Your responsibilities will include:
Submitting and tracking background check requests / results
Generating offer letters and contracts
Coordinating and conducting remote orientations, as well as providing backup for on-site orientations
Creating and distributing new-hire packets
Acting as a liaison between recruiting, resource management, and finance departments
Processing contract changes
Fielding general HR/Benefit questions
Other duties, as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:
1+ year related administrative / HR experience
Extreme attention to detail and superior organizational skills
Excellent teaming, communication, and problem solving
Ability to prioritize and adjust with changing business needs
Proficiency with MS Office (primarily Word, Outlook, and Excel)
Immigration work authorization experience (primarily TN and H1B) highly preferred
