Human Resources Assistant / College Relations Coordinator
Human Resources Experience a Must!
Do you possess a Bachelors Degree in HR or related field and have always had a desire to work for the 'Big 3'? If so, please don't let this opportunity pass you by. Our client, located in Auburn Hills MI, is in need of a Human Resources Coordinator / HR Assistant to manage and organize all college recruitment activities, screen resumes, arrange interviews and process correspondence involved with enrollment and on boarding of new hires and interns. Also responsible for managing the intern program and coordinate all intern events. Serve as liaison to universities' faculty, staff and students. Provide college recruitment reports to operating management and assist with other HR tasks as needed.
Additional Duties:
Support supplemental resource processes as required. Assist with annual rollover, supplier performance surveys, monthly reports and office duties.
Individual in this position must be a team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment and detail oriented.
Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Minimum Experience:
2+ years Human Resources experience
