Human Resources Associate-Employee Relations

This position will be responsible for assisting with the administration of associate relations activity including performance reviews, exit interviews and training. This position will also be responsible for compensation administration and timekeeping.



Qualifications
- A college degree and two years previous work experience, preferably in customer service, the HR private sector or administration.
- Strong, articulate communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
- Additionally, a high level of confidentiality and good judgment, analytical skills, conflict resolution and problem solving skills required as well.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer as well as knowledge of databases and spreadsheets also required
- Excellent time management, follow through and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment handling multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Access and Lotus Notes is desired along with familiarity with PeopleSoft.
- Previous experience in Employee Relations/Human Resources also desired.
