Human Resources Associate

 

No two days will ever be the same in this fast paced environment. You'll be working with Human Resources Director in all aspects of human resources functions such as benefits, recruiting, employee relations, compensation and organizational development. 

 

Major responsibilities include benefits administration, coordinating recruiting activities and traing & development projects as well as assisting in delivery of corporate HR initiatives and communications.

 

Qualifications:

1-2 years of Human Resources administration experience and/or completed courses in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources Management.  Strong PC skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.  Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a week.
