Human Resources Business Partner

Anacomp, Inc., a leader in the document management/professional services industry, has experienced significant customer growth in the Northeast requiring a Herndon, VA based Human Resources Business Partner to support multiple regional business centers. You will schedule regular on-site visits within driving distance from Herndon to include Chantilly, Wilmington, Baltimore and fly to new market start-ups as needed.

This position requires an energetic professional with flexibility to travel extensively and function independently with corporate HR located in our San Diego headquarters. Generalist responsibilities supporting various business centers include high volume recruiting and staffing activities, acting as an internal consultant with employee relations and compliance matters, and providing employee training regarding company policies and basic supervisory skills training.

To qualify for this exciting professional position, candidates will have: Bachelor?s Degree in applicable major; HR certification is a plus.Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience with emphasis in recruiting, employee relations and basic platform training.Reliable automobile for local travel among area facilities and flexibility for intermittent out-of-town travel for assignments lasting 1 to 2 weeks for new business start-ups. Advanced computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and advanced Internet research experience.Outstanding interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.Experince with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.


This position reports to the VPHR in San Diego and must be comfortable with remote management guidance.
