Human Resources Consultant 3

Job Description: This position will be responsible for human resources consultation in all aspects of human resources for a Consumer Credit Group, Regional Bank, primarily based in Phoenix, Arizona. comprising approximately 400 team members and managers. Primary duties will include providing human resources consultation and partnership with the Regional Bank Fullfillment Management team.

Responsibilities include serving as a strategic business partner, influencing and generating ideas and solutions that align with business strategy, acting as a change agent, management coaching and leadership development. This position will assist the Human Resources Manager of Regional Bank and partners in the Home and Consumer Finance ("HCFG") shared services group, in root cause analysis, and understanding, identifying and applying systemic solutions to broad-based, complex employee and management issues. Will drive toward implementation of preventive measures to decrease volume of employee relations issues. As a member of the CCG HR team, responsibilities will also include team development efforts, influencing the management team and facilitating change efforts around a fast-growing, rapidly changing environment, assess bench strength and counsel leaders on skill gaps and identifying successors. Partners with managers to anticipate and identify opportunities to lead change that will achieve desired business results. Acts as a strategic partner in identification of issues that may be resolved through organizational design. Facilitates end-to-end Talent Management processes with Senior Leaders. Coaches managers on overall leadership behaviors and how to create a leadership culture.


Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of eight years human resources experience with proven abilities to demonstrate strong influencing, coaching, and strategic thinking skills. Must be able to manage change and challenge the status quo to inspire business partners to embrace change. Strong partnership and collaborative skills are required to be successful in this position.
